I have a 2 bed/ 2 bath in Memphis, Tennessee. Apartment to share with a Mature, Christian, Working, Straight male. Rent only about $300 per month (each). Allergy-proof (purgot/hardwood floors).

This rental property does require you to be put on the lease but we will have the option of choosing a 6-month lease only. Utilities are divided in half.
