, their lives were busy, until one day they decided that May 20 would be their wedding day. With just eight weeks to go, they enlist the help of Ashley at Nudo (wedding planner). Coincidentally, the year before the date was set, Madison bought some key pieces, like bridesmaid dresses, and handmade her own ceramic vases (Madison's pottery sideline). Madison reflects on planning a wedding backwards by buying gowns and making things we know we want, only to have them work on the day.
"I was just waiting for a cog in the wheel to go wrong, but nothing actually happened, and I think it's because I wasn't putting too much pressure on the little things and just wanted everyone in the wedding party to feel great."
The wedding took place at a wool mill in Brunswick, north of Melbourne. The decor is stunning and unpretentious, with brightly colored modern floral arrangements complemented by floral appliqués on the bridal gown.

When planning, Madison mentioned that she wanted her mom and dad to walk her down the aisle. Madison's mom didn't want to get overdressed, but still wanted to dress classy, and Madison just wanted to surprise her. “My mum saw an inspiring photo while searching online so she started looking for this type of dress. After looking online we saw the Mimi dress at Montique and knew it was definitely the brand we wanted to buy, So we went into Myer Chadstone. We were so excited because the dress I liked online was still in stock and we knew it was right when we saw it online."

Dressed in a gown, Madison's mom caught light with every step she took against the romantic lighting, capturing unforgettable moments that Madison and her family will treasure forever.
