Luckily, MapleStory M does have a nifty auto-quest feature that, as the name implies, lets the game do the quest for you. During the auto-quest, the only real time you need to use your avatar is when talking to an NPC, so you won’t even have to worry about attacking enemies in MapleStory M. That being said, if the auto-quest does sound too easy for you, you can disable it at any time in the game. If anything, it’s a great way to get to your objective without getting sidetracked.

As for what sets MapleStory M apart from its PC predecessor, well, not too much, and that is a good thing. Sure, there are a few quality of life improvements for easier touchscreen controls. One of those is the inclusion of an auto questing button at the top left of the screen, just like you would expect to find in the majority of mobile MMOs out there. Of course, any auto features are optional, so you are free to play how you like, which is great for those of us who plan on playing manually.
