Daniel 2:43 - And, as thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mix with the seed of mankind; but they shall not cleave one to another, as iron does not mix with clay. kjv

Daniel 7:24 - The ten horns represent the ten rulers who will arise from this dominion. After them, a new king will rise, unlike the previous ones, and he will subjugate three kings. nkjv

Daniel 7:8 says, "This horn had eyes like human eyes and a tongue that talked boastfully."

As you can see, I've utilized three distinct bible translations here; this was done not to pull a fast one, but to gain the most accurate meaning of what's being said.
To be clear, Daniel 7:24 states that he is (different), and when compared to the other two, he and they appear to be extremely different indeed.
