Two Christain Housemates in Philly Looking for two more

We have two bedrooms open in a six bedroom, two bathroom, co-ed house in a West Philadelphia house (45th and Baltimore) available the third week of August. The house is divided into a girl’s and a guy’s floor. We are two Christian professionals 1 male and 1 female and 1 dog, looking for 1 male and 1 female roommate. Two of the bedrooms are used as offices so there will never be more than four housemates in the house. Both bedrooms are large and we will gladly clear them out or leave them furnished to accommodate the new housemates’ needs. We also have a giant basement available for storage.

Rent is $500/month plus utilities. Utilities range from 50/month in the summer and 200/month in the winter and we have free Wi-Fi. The house has a backyard, washer and dryer and dishwasher.

We are looking for folks who are quiet and considerate, a good sense of humor is also helpful but not mandatory:) We keep the common areas in the house clean and are looking for others who are responsible enough to do the same.
